# Have you ever seen a man meditating at Starbucks? It was a sunny morning
A refreshing time at Starbucks while spending time wearing ear plugs.
When you visit during the opening time, there are plenty of three
hours before you go out to work. When I have a lot of things I want to
do, it's still not enough, but when I can't even think of 1 mm, I have
time to spare at all. But after spending an hour, it usually comes out
with energy. The problem is that it's really up to you whether energy
is coming up or not, and you have no control over yourself. I can not
predict at all. Is self insight still low? Maybe so. However, the
height of unpredictability is also extremely large. It may have been
born as an individual with low predictive ability or high variability.
Or is it a common principle of human beings? I think I'm going to
meditate. Formal meditation that has not been for many years. For
example, posture is almost the same as meditation with a cane, but
even if you put your hands and hands together, you can feel a
significant difference in utility. It feels like fresh energy flows
through the body. The question is, do you do what you have not done
for a while now? It feels like I didn't have much time to do it. But
things that didn't work before may start to work. Catch what works now
and do it. That's it. There is no contradiction. If you can pour the
energy of meditation into the blank three hours of the morning, you
will feel more than just spending the time, it seems like you can get
down in your own silence. When I was thinking about that, a woman sat
in front of me, and I thought it would be like a meal, and put a
Japanese-style, triangular-pyramid-shaped hat. After all this may be a
message from the god of moths to give birth. Let's try one day today
as well. Life is short. Live with humility, then die, and finally be
empty. Let's get along with the very scary death. Billions of dust.
